All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
If there is a delay due to a high volume of orders or stock issues, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Times
Because Wokids operates as a Pl store, delivery times can vary depending on the supplier’s location and product availability.

Standard International Shipping: Usually takes 3 to 4 business days to arrive.

Local Warehouse Shipping (if available): Usually takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
Please note that these are estimated time frames. Delays can occur due to customs inspections, courier service issues, or unforeseen logistics challenges.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on product pages or during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS.
Please allow up to 1 to 2 days for tracking information to appear in the system after dispatch, especially for international shipments.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices on our website are listed exclusive of customs duties and import taxes.
Wokids is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or charges that may apply once your package reaches Pakistan.
The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes during customs clearance.
6. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and others.
If your area is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
7. Delays and Lost Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, Wokids cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs procedures, or natural events.
